Honey & Lime Chicken
Ingredients
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp garlic granules
2 chicken breast fillets

Grill Method
In your plastic container mix the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice and garlic. Place the chicken breasts into the mixture, and turn several times until they are fully coated. Secure the lid on the container and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat your grill on a high heat. Grill each chicken breast for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until the chicken is fully cooked.
Oven Bake Method
Alternative method, if you do not wish to grill your chicken.
Pre heat the oven to 200°C/400°F
Instead of a plastic container with lid, you will need a roasting bag, personally I buy disposable ones as they sometimes burst when they expand in the oven and touch the element on the roof of the oven. And you will need an oven proof dish like a Pyrex dish to place the bag in.
In your roasting bag mix the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice and garlic. Place the chicken breasts into the mixture, and turn several times until they are fully coated. Place the roasting bag into the oven dish and place it in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes until the chicken has fully cooked.
This serves 2 people, simply double the recipe for 4.
